Iceberg Partners is a consultancy dedicated to applying Systems Thinking and System Dynamics modeling to corporate and public challenges. We offer education, facilitation, consulting, and modeling services in support of this application by our clients.

We have spent over twenty years developing and refining materials and processes that help us to educate and include clients in the model development process. This allows us to leave our clients with a deep understanding of the theory and tools of Systems Thinking so that they can continue to use them to make better decisions.
Iceberg Partners is a wide network of experienced systems thinking consultants, many of whom were trained in System Dynamics at the MIT Sloan School of Management, and whose unique skills and approaches can be brought to bear on a project on an as needed basis.
